Description

ShadowInk Designs studio currently specializes in action RPGs. The CEO: Tony Weintz has 7 years of programming experience and, 15 years of graphic design experience. Tony used to work only on 3D modeling and animation, but decided to go back to his roots of 2D sprite design and animation. ShadowInk Designs as a team has created 3 commercial games, and has released 1.

History

Early History (2008 - 2010)

After college, Tony started off as a graphic designer that did contract work for various clients, then decided he could no longer be held back creatively. From there he learned how to code on his own starting with visual basic, then moving to Javascript and C++/C# (Mainly C#). His main career goal since college has always been game development, and will always be his life passion.

2011 - 2015

Tony worked on various Android and iPhone apps to sharpen his skills as a game developer and gain the confidence it takes to make a medium/large game. In 2014 Tony started his new journey with Unity, and has not looked back since. He is way beyond novice with Unity Tech, and continues to get better with coding and all it has to offer every day. Tony also knows sound design and music production but leaves it to his wife, since she is a professional producer and singer.

2015 - Currently

In 2015 ShadowInk Designs released thier first game as a team: Duel Jousting, a small humble retro style game, then they moved on to thier passion: Action RPGs.
